Week #77

I’ll start with your question, I know the most about Okinawa more specifically Naha city, I know almost nothing about Kyushu as a whole let alone Fukuoka so it would be an adventure for me too there, I can also get you around a bit in Hiroshima,
But I’d say 5 and 5, probably, there is allot in both, but I only know about what’s in Okinawa really,
As for the other stuff, I thought I understood the question, the first one I said was my personal conclusion, that I've found in others and tried to exemplify, because I’ve found it all stems from why you’re doing it, after that I would say, that as you said, 1.not settling for comfortable but always striving for improvement, 2.kind and understanding of others situation not judgement or condemning, 3.they remember and fallow what they know and hold dear despite what other say or do, 4.do what is right because it is right, not because of the logical reasons we my learn along the way, and as a said at first, 5. are motivated by a love for heavenly father Jesus Christ there fellow man and family, not because of personal recognition etc.. I'm not sure if those surprise you very much because there more or less the basic principles of the Gospel, but that's really all it ever was to begin with, after those things the specifics of like what they do don't have much relation to it because everyone has different things that there good at and the lord uses us in our strengths if we let him. When I'm doing my best to be all of these qualities I'm the happiest, that’s all I can say.

As far as how the weeks been, just a little on the slow side some of our investigators stuff fell through, but that happens, we just had to go to the hospital for my comps ankle that he hurt in the MTC and has been swollen for 4 months, and now he has a brace and some meds we will see how things go there. Not a bad time just not super eventful ether, on the bright side ping pong night had a great turn out again and it was way fun, and we had a big meal after church with the ward and it was wayyyyy good. weathers been getting warmer, in the 60s today, going to be fun to have suits on here soon, suet season ends on April 30th and we should get iPads this week so that’s fun to.
Love you hope you all have a good week before we talk next,

Week #76

Don't know what to tell you dad I'm just in the loop so much as far as missionary stuff, not, they just tell us and give us trainings and stuff all the time and that stuff comes from their parents and the prez. so we get a hold of allot. Normal news stuff on the other hand is completely unknown to me, but it might be better that way I don't know, I just hope I'm not too surprised at the state of things when I get back.
I forgot to lay out all of those five things after that p-day honestly but may be I can do it like a one a week thing, so with that the first id have is, having the right motivation, this point determines how far your willing to go, if your motive is something changing and inconsistent so will your willingness, some peoples motives are seeing baptisms sending in good looking numbers being a good missionary, things that are some of the goals we have but what about when the chance time comes that none of those things are fallowing through, your whole purpose feels striped away and some drop into depression, but if your motivation is something as simple as I love heavenly father Jesus Christ and the people around me that I will try time and time again to help them no matter how many times I fall short than your putting you faith in something eternal, and your motive never dies unless you forget it. a great missionary full time or member, is motivated by his love for the lord and the people.
That’s one of the biggest ones for me but I’ll give another next week.
as for things that happened this week, it was mostly normal dendo but we did have a few great things happen, first we got a text from someone named tanaka rui never met him before but through some questions found that he was the friend of a previous investigator, and had received some lessons himself, but he was willing to meet on that Sunday, and we invited him to our ping pong night, so him and his two friends came and one was the previous inv. and the other another friend then all three came on Sunday as well and there meeting us again this week so we will see how things role out from here as for other things, we got to go to a big meeting in fukuaka were elder nelson of the 12 talked to us about using the tech that’s soon coming to the miss namely iPad internet, and Facebook, which was a lot of fun too.
And today for p-day we went with a member to see some cool sights, I’ll send some pics.
But anyway that’s mostly been my week, send me some pictures of your lives too all those who subscribe to this channel I love seeing pics too.
Talk to you soon.
